Human Resources play an invaluable role in the achievement of organizational effectiveness. This course allows students to broaden their horizon on various human resource functions and skills required to deliver strategic goals. Light will be shed on core business and HR disciplines enabling them to scale greater heights.


The course covers topics such as recruitment and selection, employee motivation, promotion, determination of pay, occupational health and safety, training and development and international human resources management. Students will be able to develop an awareness of the evolving and constantly changing dimensions of business environment in a globalized world.

 

Entry Criteria

Completion of GCE/IGCSE A’ Level with minimum 2 passes OR MNQF Level 4 qualification OR meet the alternative entry requirements set by MQA. (Please see Minimum Entry Requirements for MNQF).
