INTRODUCTION

Certificate IV in the Human Resource Management course is intended to provide students with the knowledge and expertise required in the field of Human Resource Management. The students are provided insight upon key human resource management topics which includes compensation, Organizational Behavior, Statics for Business and so on.  

This course will enable students to understand the complex business ideas and summarize them in an organized way through the skills they develop during the course of action. Students would improve their cognitive ability, learn the techniques of brain storming & team work and also gets an insight into the principles and functions of management as well as enhances their personality as a whole to become a qualified management professional. Upon completion of this course, the students will be able to apply various management skills in the organization. 

The students will also learn how to effectively communicate within a group and enhance and hone their negotiation skills. They would learn about the different personality traits and the role it plays in Organizational Behavior. The specialization study on modules like Recruitment and Selection, Compensation management, and Employment Relations etc. gives an insight into most important management specializations to accommodate the student in the challenging corporate environment.

Entry Requirements

  • Successful completion of O’Level- (3 passes above ‘C ‘,Dhivehi and Islam are counted)
  • Attainment of a level 3 qualification OR

Experience Pathway:

  • 18 years of age and 1 year work experience AND
