INTRODUCTION

Gaming industry has crossed a threshold in which people have paid their dues and spent their time. “It is no longer a sunrise industry. It is an industry which is actually beginning to take wing in different directions. It understands the elements of the value chain. Talent remains one of the biggest challenges for the Gaming Industry and needs more creative designers, modelers and developers from an artistic perspective rather than an IT-based viewpoint

By the end of this course a student will be able to work in team and develop content for entertainment industry as a freelancer or part of a company or can even aim at making his own animation development company. The process of making portfolio and acquiring projects from established companies and individuals is also discussed in the course as bonus content in the project development.

Entry Requirements

  • Successful completion of A’ Level- (2 passes above ‘E ‘, if Dhivehi and Islam Above ‘ C ‘) OR
  • Attainment of a level 4 qualification in a related field OR
  • Attainment of a level 4 Foundation Study Program approved for the specific Diploma program OR

Experience Pathway:

  • Completion of a level 4 qualification (unrelated), and successful completion of Cyryx College approved University Preparation Program* OR
  • 20 years old,completion of secondary school, 2 years of relevant work experience, and successful completion of Cyryx College approved University Preparation Program
