Course Overview

Change is inevitable in today’s competitive landscape One of the core competence of a leader is to the ability to drive change. Participants will discover why organizations are compelled to deal with innovations and how to leverage innovation successfully. With a deep understanding of a change management processes and approaches, participants will be equipped to collaborate on innovating the processes and systems within the organization that would help the organization to be a trend setter and move on compelling opportunities in the market. Working on an action learning session with the instructor, participants will learn to influence others to achieve competitive organization outcomes. Curriculum

1. Change Management Participants will be able to learn to evaluate the performance gaps within the organization and how such gaps can be revamped to tap strategic opportunities.
In addition, how to nurture a culture that is resilient towards new challenges and opportunities and establish an organization wide system to welcome change. Participants would be briefed on how the technology is transforming the industries around the world.

2. Innovation Best Practices Participants would be instructed on streamlining the organization towards innovation by planning and implementing seamless processes, systems and practices. Furthermore, participants will be equipped on how to nurture an entrepreneurial mindset, while adopting disruptive innovations and managing the existing businesses stability.

3. Leadership and Execution Participants will learn to drive change by adopting effective decision-making processes, negotiation strategies and teamwork skills. In addition, an insightful session would be conducted on the leadership styles and the differences between management and leadership that can help the organization to cultivate a collaborative team to attain high yielding organizational outcomes.
