Enrolling for a course at the Cyryx constitutes a binding agreement on the student to follow the course and pay the full/installments tuition fees.

All declarations made in applications for admission are accepted in good faith. Any false declaration about qualifications or age, or failure to produce documentary evidence of entry qualifications, may render a student liable to exclusion from the course to which he/she has been admitted. In such cases, a student will not be entitled to any refund of fees but will be allowed to transfer to another course offered by the institution, for which he/she meets the entry criteria.
The course fees is only refundable if an application has not been accepted or if the course for which an applications is made will not run for whatever reason.

Students who are late in starting their course will not be entitled to any refund of, or reduction in, course fees: this also applies all the courses for which they have been enrolled.
If a student is required to leave the course for poor attendance, misconduct or because of any breach of law, course fee paid will not refundable.

The course fees are payable in full or installments basis before a students starts their respective courses. Courses fees or deposits paid are only refundable if the following conditions are met.
The students has informed institutions in writing about his/her inability to start the course, at least 3 days prior to the commencing date of the course.

Course Fee will be refunded in full under the following circumstances:

If a student, who has paid for a semester/installment, decides to withdraw from the course prior to the commencement of the course, and informs the management in writing 3days prior to the commencement of the course, the student will be eligible for a full reimbursement of the course fee. However, the registration fee will not be reimbursed.

Course fee will not be refunded under the following circumstances:

Any student, who is dismissed from the course due to misconduct and has shown no improvement after repeated warnings will not be eligible for any reimbursement.
Any student, who withdraw from the course voluntarily after commencing the course, the course fee or the remaining balance will not be reimbursed as it’s a great loss for Cyryx, and the placement cannot be given to any other student after the course starts.
