This course provides students with myriad of practical and theoretical rigor needed to effectively manage food service operations. It enables to acquire a positive attitude for the students who wish to work in the hotel and the catering industry. The students will be technically sound to apply all the learnt concepts while being exposed to the industry. It enables the student to apply knowledge, understanding and skills gained from the course to a variety of activities including self employment.
